At Hanarella Café, we’re committed to providing high-quality food, drinks, and service — whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go. If something isn't right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
If you're dining with us and there is an issue with your food or drink (e.g. incorrect order, quality concern), please let a member of our team know as soon as possible.

Refunds for dine-in orders will not be processed after you’ve left the premises, unless agreed in exceptional cases.
